Formerly of Tetsuya’s, Garagistes and named Best New Talent by Gourmet Traveller, Luke Burgess is one of Australia’s most renowned chefs. He will join Peacock and Jones’ Head Chef,  Jeff Workman, to curate six seasonal dishes showcasing his signature paddock-to-plate style on a Tasmanian culinary adventure.
